You have to join the group first, then you should be able to add it to whatever folder you want. Also, really sorry it took me months to reply.
...and I just saw that you're already a member.
Ok, so if you look at the header on each category, there's a little plus sign all the way to the right. find the folder you want, hit that, and that's where your mural will go.
